With Easter almost upon us get ready for some delicious chocolate and Easter related recipes this weekend! 🐰 🍫

But before that let’s throw it back to this time last year when I made Vegan Salted Caramel and Chocolate Mousse Easter Eggs! 🙌

INGREDIENTS

250g Dark Chocolate

Caramel:

1 cup dates
2 tbsp. tahini
2 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
1tbsp. maple syrup
pinch of salt
3 tbsp. water

Chocolate Mousse: 

1 cup coconut cream
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
3-4 tbsp. cacao powder
